Introduction Transcript 3rd Draft Evaluation

This is now where the final pieces of the puzzle are coming together. To start my improvements I must begin thinking about the music that will be played at the start of the intro. My first thoughts were an instrumental song that would reflect Mason and Jessica. the first song that came to mind that reflected Masons situation was "against all odds" by Phil Collins. The instrumental version has a decent pace and features a piano which many link to as a sad instrument. The song name also helps inform the audience of Masons situation. Next on my list was a bunch of small but crucial items such as the timing and a few descriptions which needed to be removed. the final scene needed and extended description however I have slightly altered the ending and now have a plan for it. It now has a different location as well as now following both Mason and Jessica through parallel editing. I plan to go out to the new location and attempt to picture the shots. Try to see what I want the lens to see; I plan to test out the speed of which both character will walk so I have a better understanding of the timing for this final scene. For the next draft i hope to include the new location, further descriptions of locations and of Jessica as well as tweak the timing of each scene.
